Return Policy

All returns require a Return Number before returning. Please note the Return Number on the package with the return. There may be a $6.95 charge to use our prepaid shipping label for some returns. If you choose to ship it via other services, please be sure to use a trackable, insured method and obtain a tracking number to ensure its safe return to Support Hose Plus. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most returns are processed within 2-3 weeks upon mailing.

Opened or Tried on products

Products that have been opened, worn or tried on, must have the original packaging to be returned and will only be accepted within 30 days from the receipt of purchase for a refund or exchange. Exchanges may be limited per company discretion. Products that have been tried or worn must be laundered prior to return.

Support Hose Plus ships Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM. If an order is placed on the weekend, it will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping cut off time for Nexy Day is 3:30 PM. All Next Day orders placed after 3:30 PM will be shipped out the following business day.
